Leads daily operations at a food-based fulfillment center, managing managers and supervisors across receiving, inventory, maintenance, quality control, prep, production, and shipping. Oversees scheduling, KPIs, reporting, productivity, continuous improvement, team development, and supply chain coordination. Serves as the site SQF Practitioner, maintaining food safety compliance, audit readiness, corrective actions, and adherence to OSHA, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, FDA, and other standards.

Leads inventory operations within a fulfillment center, maintaining accurate WMS records, conducting cycle counts and audits, enforcing FIFO practices, resolving inventory issues, and coordinating with receiving, packing, and shipping teams. Trains inventory associates, supports stock-level optimization, and ensures compliance with food safety, quality, and inventory-management standards. The role requires working in refrigerated conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or bending repetitively.

The HR Coordinator supports onboarding, personnel record maintenance, employment verifications, HR inquiries, policy compliance, and employee orientation. The role serves as an onsite frontline contact for fulfillment center team members, leads harassment prevention training, assists with HRIS navigation, escalates employee relations concerns, and supports HR projects. Success requires confidentiality, sound judgment, prioritization, relationship-building, and collaboration with the HR Generalist and area leaders.
