Partner cross-functionally to align brand strategy with product and marketing, mentor and develop designers, define workflows and quality controls, and manage production for scalable, consistent brand deliveries.

Prepare and load outgoing grocery shipments to last-mile delivery locations, secure loads, perform visual quality inspections, maintain cleanliness and safety, record shipment details, and operate forklift and other warehouse equipment in a refrigerated environment.

Drive process improvement projects across fulfillment and delivery operations using lean tools and data analysis. Design, implement, and sustain standard work and training; coach teams; manage lean project portfolio; support new market launches and 3PL expansion while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and operational efficiency.
