Teams at Misericordia University

Provides strategic and operational leadership for the University’s NCAA Division III athletics and recreation programs. Oversees planning, budgeting, compliance, personnel, facilities, programs, and department operations while promoting student-athlete success and well-being. Serves on the President’s Advisory Council and contributes to university-wide strategy, institutional planning, and cross-divisional initiatives. Builds relationships with university stakeholders, alumni, donors, and external partners.

Solicits and stewards major donors, oversees the planned giving program, manages a portfolio of prospects, cultivates long-term donor relationships, and meets annual fundraising and revenue goals supporting university priorities.

Provides strategic leadership for student life, student well-being, community standards, and holistic development. Supervises student affairs departments and ensures programming, resources, and services support student development and success. Supports underrepresented student populations and manages student judicial affairs, disciplinary protocols, crisis situations, multiple projects, and timely problem-solving. Requires strong knowledge of student affairs ethics and best practices, along with prior supervisory experience.
