Lead the technical architecture and governance of an enterprise Automation Center of Excellence using UiPath Maestro, RPA, AI agents, and enterprise systems. Establish engineering standards, provide hands-on technical leadership, oversee platform operations and releases, define automation guardrails, and ensure security, compliance, auditability, and access control. Collaborate with security, ERP, and business stakeholders while supporting data integration, reporting, and automation through Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and stored procedures.

Supervises daily HR administration, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, PTO, ACA compliance, expatriate tax processes, invoices, personnel records, audits, insurance renewals, HRIS reporting, and employee benefit communications. Supports HR planning and responds to employee inquiries while ensuring accurate payroll and benefits compliance.
