Supervises daily HR administration, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, PTO, ACA compliance, expatriate tax processes, invoices, personnel records, audits, insurance renewals, HRIS reporting, and employee benefit communications. Supports HR planning and responds to employee inquiries while ensuring accurate payroll and benefits compliance.

Oversee posting and reconciliation of business transactions in SAP, coordinate warehousing, transportation and customs documentation, track and reconcile inventory, handle claims and vendor/customer account payments, communicate with suppliers/customers, and prepare inventory and accounting reports.

Lead territory sales for steel pipe and tubing, driving new business, account growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure order fulfillment, resolve quality or logistics issues, monitor market trends, and meet revenue and margin targets. Heavy travel within assigned territory and focus on galvanized pipe expertise.

Lead income and indirect tax provision, compliance, reporting, and planning. Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions, reconciliations, and filings; coordinate estimated payments and audits; support transfer pricing documentation; manage multi-jurisdictional sales & use and property tax filings; advise subsidiaries and stakeholders; monitor controls and lead ad hoc tax projects.

Manage sales operations and relationships for assigned customers, market steel products, supervise sales support staff, negotiate pricing and contracts, oversee logistics and inventory, perform financial analysis and reporting, resolve quality/customer issues, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and collaborate on branch sales strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.

Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS programs across multiple facilities. Drive OSHA and ISO 45001 compliance, conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Deliver safety training, manage corrective actions, monitor safety metrics, support continuous improvement (5S), and partner with operations to reduce risk and foster a strong safety culture.
