Lead income and indirect tax provision, compliance, reporting, and planning. Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions, reconciliations, and filings; coordinate estimated payments and audits; support transfer pricing documentation; manage multi-jurisdictional sales & use and property tax filings; advise subsidiaries and stakeholders; monitor controls and lead ad hoc tax projects.

Lead territory sales for steel pipe and tubing, driving new business, account growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure order fulfillment, resolve quality or logistics issues, monitor market trends, and meet revenue and margin targets. Heavy travel within assigned territory and focus on galvanized pipe expertise.

Oversee posting and reconciliation of business transactions in SAP, coordinate warehousing, transportation and customs documentation, track and reconcile inventory, handle claims and vendor/customer account payments, communicate with suppliers/customers, and prepare inventory and accounting reports.

Manage sales operations and relationships for assigned customers, market steel products, supervise sales support staff, negotiate pricing and contracts, oversee logistics and inventory, perform financial analysis and reporting, resolve quality/customer issues, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and collaborate on branch sales strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.

Provide accounting and administrative support: process and post vendor and customer invoices and payments in SAP, prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, assist month-end close, support AR and inventory reconciliations, enter contracts and purchases, and perform general office administration and support to GM, Sales, Traffic, and Accounting.

Provide executive administrative support to the CEO and executive team: calendar and travel management, meeting logistics, expense processing, document preparation, translation (Japanese/English), financial summaries and presentations, market research, and confidential personal assistance for expatriate executives.
