Provide commercial legal counsel for marketing, sales, and commercial programs in a biopharmaceutical company. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support regulatory and compliance (FDA, OIG, transparency laws), advise on privacy (GDPR/CCPA), manage vendor and outside counsel relationships, and develop scalable legal policies and training across cross-functional teams.

Lead and operationalize Mirum's global healthcare compliance program with focus on Open Payments/Sunshine Act and state transparency reporting. Build compliance analytics, monitoring, audits, dashboards, and KPIs. Drive data governance, reconciliation, remediation, and process automation using AI-enabled tools. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, IT and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead commercial forecasting, analytics, market research, and competitive intelligence to support brand and country-level decision-making. Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and governance for commercial data (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Partner cross-functionally with Brand Leads, Country GMs, Finance, Market Access, Medical, and vendors to generate insights and drive commercial planning.
