Teams at Miro

Partner with enterprise customers as a strategic technical advisor, optimizing AI-driven workflows, integrations, automation, platform adoption, and innovation processes. Monitor usage and platform health, deliver analytics-based recommendations, support change management and Centers of Excellence, facilitate executive workshops and QBRs, and guide customers in embedding Miro into enterprise systems. The role requires technical fluency, enterprise SaaS experience, AI and agentic workflow knowledge, and travel to customer sites up to 25%.

Drive full-cycle B2B SaaS sales for mid-market accounts, managing high deal volume while pursuing strategic opportunities. Apply MEDDPICC consistently, communicate effectively with champions and executives, and leverage AI tools for research, account planning, productivity, and customer engagement. Use Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms, and Gong to manage and improve sales execution.

Own a focused portfolio of large enterprise accounts, build multi-year account strategies, drive workflow-led expansion, create executive alignment and business cases, orchestrate cross-functional deal teams, maintain strategic pipeline, apply MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and bring field intelligence to shape product and GTM.
