Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers serving DACH enterprise customers. Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to increase product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, expansion, and lifetime value. Own account health, data hygiene, revenue and health forecasting, executive relationships, and process improvement. Drive AI transformation and scalable customer success practices while remaining hands-on and using analytics to guide strategy and execution.

Lead product design for Miro’s Growth team across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion. Design and measure lean experiments, explore generative AI applications, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Product and Engineering on complex user experiences. Mentor designers, uphold design excellence, and contribute to design systems and internal tooling while shaping Miro’s strategic product direction.

The Innovation Architect develops strategic plans for enterprise clients, focusing on collaboration systems and AI-driven solutions while managing complex stakeholder interactions.
