Responsibilities include building relationships, developing service plans, outreach, crisis support, advocacy, referrals, landlord and provider coordination, wellness support, home visits, and detailed documentation. The role supports housing stability, independence, health, income, employment, and community connections while maintaining confidentiality and meeting program requirements.

Leads Miriam’s Kitchen’s comprehensive fundraising strategy to raise more than $7 million annually from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Oversees development, communications, partnerships, donor relations, data systems, and volunteer fundraising engagement. Cultivates major and planned-gift donors, supports the Board and executive leadership, manages fundraising communications and metrics, and owns the donor CRM and reporting systems. Serves as a senior organizational spokesperson and executive team member.

The Bilingual Case Manager supports residents in a bridge housing program, providing case management services to help them achieve stable housing. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, conducting assessments, developing case plans, and documenting progress while working with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
