Provide trauma-informed, Housing First-aligned case management to ~25 residents, including intake, assessments (VI-SPDAT/SPDAT), individualized case plans, housing navigation, benefit access, documentation, referrals, crisis response, and coordination with partners to support exits to permanent housing.

The Bilingual Case Manager supports residents in a bridge housing program, providing case management services to help them achieve stable housing. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, conducting assessments, developing case plans, and documenting progress while working with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
