Manage project documentation across preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases. Oversee document control, logging, routing, tracking, and distribution of submittals, RFIs, change requests, QA and safety reports. Maintain databases and shared drives, prepare daily/monthly construction reports, verify contractor compliance, ensure documentation is processed within 48 hours, handle campus access paperwork, and provide senior-level support to the project team, Project Manager, and COR.

The HR Specialist leads workforce planning and talent management, conducts data analysis on workforce needs, and develops forecasts using statistical methods. They create dashboards and reports, support data-driven HR decisions, and maintain SOPs for data analysis.
