Lead MiracleFeet9s Nigeria portfolio, managing partners, ensuring program quality, financial accountability, M&E, and government engagement to scale integrated clubfoot services across the health system. Supervise Nigeria staff, strengthen partner capacity, and travel up to 30%.

Manage a portfolio of Spanish-speaking partner grants across the full lifecycle: agreement and budget review, expense monitoring, risk assessment, audit support, capacity building, and maintaining grant records in Monday.com and Salesforce. Support finance and improve transparency, efficiency, and compliance with subaward policies.

Provide administrative and operational support to Development & Communications and Administrative teams: manage communications and mail, coordinate procurement and vendor relationships, track inventory and promotional materials, log incoming checks, assist with event logistics and nonprofit evaluator documentation, and contribute to process improvements. Hybrid role based in Chapel Hill, NC, requiring occasional in-office presence and mail checks during year-end.

Support partners to strengthen clinical quality, workforce capacity, digital health systems, and data-driven continuous quality improvement for clubfoot treatment. Provide training, mentorship, technical support, data validation/analysis, system administration, and stakeholder engagement to improve treatment outcomes and program performance across Nigeria and partner countries.
