Oversee daily clinic operations, front desk and scheduling for ABA and related services, maintain clinic cleanliness and inventory, support intake/onboarding, ensure compliance, and communicate facility needs to leadership.

Pursue BCBA/BCaBA fieldwork under BCBA supervision: implement ABA programs, collect and graph data, assist with FBA and meetings, maintain BACB fieldwork logs, complete required trainings, and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.

Provide clinical leadership as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst: conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, provide caregiver training, maintain 25 billable hours/week, ensure documentation and compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams to improve outcomes for children and families.
