Supports human resources administration across multiple care locations, including onboarding, benefits, leave administration, employee records, compliance screening, training tracking, employee relations documentation, performance evaluations, employment verifications, and offboarding. Maintains HRIS records and confidential documentation while ensuring compliance with Oklahoma and federal employment requirements, HIPAA, and organizational policies.

Implements behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA or BCaBA supervision, collects session data, completes timely clinical notes in Rethink EMR, participates in supervision and training, communicates safety or clinical concerns, and maintains professional boundaries. The role requires active or newly obtained RBT certification, reliable transportation for applicable home and community services, and completion of background and exclusion screenings.

Provide one-on-one ABA services as a Registered Behavior Technician: implement BCBA-designed programs, collect session data, foster supportive learning environments, build family relationships, and participate in supervision and training toward professional growth.
