Manages second-line financial risk controls for wealth management, monitoring market, liquidity, credit, counterparty, and derivative exposures. Develops risk models, stress tests, limits, regulatory reports, and monitoring tools while ensuring FINMA and Basel compliance. Oversees Lombard loan LTV controls, promotes risk culture, and supports reporting across the bank and group.

Supports the Head of Compliance on an 8–12 month wealth management remediation project. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating items, gathering documents and data, conducting file reviews, compiling evidence, supporting control testing, tracking remediation actions, maintaining project logs, and preparing regular reports. The role requires a finance, business, or law degree, familiarity with banking, strong communication skills, resilience, MS Office proficiency, and fluent English.

Generate new business and net new assets for Mirabaud Asset Management across Swiss wholesale and institutional channels. Identify prospects, manage the full sales cycle, develop relationships with banks, wealth managers, family offices, platforms, and distribution partners, and promote investment solutions. Maintain CRM pipelines, coordinate client meetings and events, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with investment, marketing, and operations teams. German and English fluency are required, with Swiss market experience preferred.
