Oversee security installation projects from planning through completion: develop scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate clients, vendors, and internal teams; monitor progress, manage risks and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and report status to stakeholders.

Lead and optimize day-to-day security operations across multiple sites, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure compliance and risk mitigation, oversee budgets and financial performance, act as client liaison, lead incident response, and drive strategic improvements and team development.
