Supports category management through planogram resets, shelf sets, product placement, promotional programs, loyalty promotions, data analysis, reporting, item-file maintenance, vendor coordination, and category reviews. The role develops foundational expertise in retail merchandising, consumer behavior, category strategy, and vendor relations while supporting store-level product introductions and discontinuations.

Provide friendly customer service, operate POS and handle cash, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain store cleanliness and food safety, assist with opening/closing, handle customer issues, and collaborate with team to support smooth convenience store operations.
