Provide first-line IT support for global employees, managing tickets, onboarding and offboarding accounts, access permissions, MFA, SaaS tools, and Mac and Windows devices. Support Google Workspace and Okta workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide employees on approved AI tools. The role requires strong Hebrew and English communication, independence, curiosity, and the ability to support users across multiple offices.

Lead supply-side monetization modeling and experimentation: build LTV/ARPU/retention predictions, optimize price-floors and on-page experiences, analyze large event data, deploy and scale models into production, and guide experimentation to measure revenue impact.

Own subscription and lifecycle analytics: analyze funnels, build dashboards, perform retention deep-dives, and develop LTV and churn models. Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Editorial to translate insights into product and marketing actions that improve retention and revenue.

Build and maintain Minute Medias in-house Video Management System and video player across backend and frontend. Design Go services, APIs, and data models; develop vanilla JavaScript and React web apps; write testable code; participate in code reviews; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, low-latency video experiences.
