Manage corporate actions and custody trade settlements for domestic custody, PMS, FDI, equity, debt, and exchange transactions. Oversee clearing confirmations, contract notes, exchange orders, securities and fund payments, NSDL instructions, client reporting, broker and exchange coordination, audits, regulatory compliance, controls, SOPs, checklists, and turnaround-time commitments. Lead a team of 4–5 direct reports.

Manage voluntary corporate actions and primary market events for domestic custody clients, including IPOs, rights issues, buybacks, open offers, ASBA, fund transfers, and mutual fund transactions. Process client instructions, verify regulatory documents, handle audits and queries, maintain operational controls, oversee system UAT, and manage a team of 4–5 reportees. Requires custody operations expertise and knowledge of Indian capital markets, SEBI, RBI, FDI, and FVCI regulations.

Manages high-net-worth Imperia banking relationships by acquiring eligible customers, increasing portfolio value and wallet share, cross-selling banking products, retaining customers, and achieving revenue targets. The role serves as a single point of contact for customers’ financial needs, provides coordinated advisory services, maintains portfolio quality, and collaborates with preferred banking teams. Candidates need banking product knowledge, sales and influencing skills, regulatory certifications, strong communication, and 4–10 years of experience.
