Own Mintlify’s sales revenue and execution while partnering with founders on strategy. Build and scale the sales organization, spending significant initial time recruiting account executives, managers, and sales engineers. Coach reps, lead pipeline reviews and demos, improve sales velocity, establish operating rhythms, and support expansion into new product lines and enterprise customers.

Lead Mintlify’s engineering strategy, execution, and organizational growth in partnership with the founders. Build and scale the engineering team, recruit and retain exceptional talent, guide major product initiatives, set priorities across product, platform, and infrastructure, and improve engineering velocity, reliability, and scalability. The role requires strong technical depth, product judgment, and experience scaling an early-stage engineering organization.

Build polished, customer-facing features across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with design and engineering to solve complex technical challenges, improve performance and scalability, shape product direction, and refine user experiences. The role requires a strong frontend or backend technical specialty, product intuition, ownership, adaptability across the stack, and willingness to engage directly with customers.
