Software
Build polished, customer-facing features across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with design and engineering to solve complex technical challenges, improve performance and scalability, shape product direction, and refine user experiences. The role requires a strong frontend or backend technical specialty, product intuition, ownership, adaptability across the stack, and willingness to engage directly with customers.

Lead Mintlify’s technical support organization as a hands-on player-coach. Build enterprise support processes, SLAs, escalation paths, metrics, and coverage models; manage critical customer escalations; deploy AI and automation; partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success; oversee bug triage and incident communication; and hire, coach, and develop support engineers while scaling operations.
Software
Own the architecture and operation of Mintlify’s platform infrastructure, services, and developer tooling. Lead initiatives that improve deployment velocity, scalability, reliability, observability, and incident response. Re-architect backend systems, support multi-cloud and customer-managed environments, and build AI-focused developer tools. Establish technical standards, review designs, mentor engineers, and guide infrastructure projects from conception through production.
