Responsibilities include designing services for the editor, dashboard, and documentation sites; ingesting, validating, transforming, and publishing customer content; developing search, retrieval, and agent capabilities; and improving caching, queues, databases, performance, reliability, and observability. The role also contributes to product direction, technical decisions, customer insights, and end-to-end feature delivery.
