Translate structured product data into personalized and conversational shopping experiences, manage dependencies across teams, mentor product managers, and drive decisions using customer insights, behavioral data, and business objectives.

Leads Minted’s global sourcing and supplier strategy, including supplier development, negotiations, cost management, capacity, inventory planning, compliance, quality, risk mitigation, and commercialization. Partners cross-functionally across product, supply chain, logistics, finance, legal, and planning. Oversees supplier performance, trade requirements, production readiness, and international sourcing activities while coaching the Global Sourcing & Supply team.

Leads Minted’s end-to-end logistics network, including DTC parcel delivery, international inbound freight, wholesale distribution, carrier relationships, contracts, peak planning, and 3PL coordination. Optimizes transportation costs, service levels, capacity, routing, and shipment visibility while managing customs, freight forwarders, and compliance requirements. Uses logistics analytics and cross-functional collaboration to improve network reliability, automate workflows, and support operational and financial decisions.
