Teams at Mint Velvet

Part-time retail role providing excellent, confident customer service and fashion advice. Must work weekends (8 hours/week), collaborate with the team, embody and promote the Mint Velvet brand style, and act as an inspirational, informed role model for customers.

Support Payroll and People teams to process monthly payroll for hourly, salaried and ROI employees. Manage payroll mailbox, validate payroll outputs, reconcile time & attendance, administer pensions, liaise with HMRC/benefits providers and third-party payroll provider, support reporting, audits and payroll-related projects.

Part-time retail role delivering excellent customer service, representing the Mint Velvet brand and style, working as a collaborative team member and role model. Must wear and embody the brand and be available for scheduled weekend shifts.
