Coordinate conference, corporate, wedding, retreat, and special events from initial enquiry through post-event follow-up. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and contracts, managing logistics, coordinating catering, audiovisual needs, room setups and suppliers, conducting site inspections, maintaining client relationships, administering bookings and payments, supporting event delivery, and identifying opportunities to increase resort revenue.

Lead and motivate the front office team, oversee daily tasks, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and resolve complaints professionally. The role requires strong hospitality experience, customer service, time management, professional presentation, leadership ability, and flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules. It is full-time and includes free on-site accommodation, utilities, and Wi-Fi at the resort.

Supervise front office operations and support the team to deliver excellent guest experiences. Manage check-ins/check-outs, daily task completion, and promptly resolve guest complaints while role-modeling high service standards and motivating staff.
