Minnesota Valley Action Council, Inc.

Minnesota Valley Action Council (MVAC) is a non-profit community action agency serving nine counties in South Central Minnesota. Its mission is to develop resources and opportunities that empower people and communities. MVAC provides a wide range of services, including early childhood education, employment training for seniors and at-risk youth, energy assistance, weatherization, homeless prevention, rental assistance, and home improvement loans.
