Lead and develop a six-person EMEA Renewals team, owning revenue, retention, forecasting, and renewal performance. Coach specialists on value-based conversations, negotiation, and multi-year agreements while supporting complex renewals. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Field Operations to improve customer outcomes, build scalable processes, balance workloads, reduce churn, and strengthen execution across a $15M–$20M regional book of business.

Owns an enterprise sales territory and manages the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through close. Responsibilities include new business acquisition, account expansion, renewals, consultative discovery, executive relationship building, ROI-focused presentations, forecasting, CRM management, territory planning, and collaboration with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams. The role requires selling complex software solutions to large enterprise manufacturing customers and traveling up to 50%.

Develops and maintains infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and automated provisioning systems. Provides infrastructure support, manages change requests, participates in on-call rotation, documents procedures, and collaborates on code reviews and cross-functional delivery. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, security, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging DevOps technologies.
