Own assigned renewal opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, manage renewals pipeline and CRM records, create renewal quotations, recommend licensing options to support customer goals, collaborate with sales and customer success, and assist with billing or invoice issues to ensure positive customer retention and growth.

Oversee Minitab's Information Security Management System, manage risk compliance, third-party security assessments, and develop security training programs.
