Supports commercial contracting and administers the Ironclad contract lifecycle management system. Responsibilities include managing intake, approvals, execution, repositories, renewals, workflows, templates, reporting, playbooks, and contract procedures. Partners with legal, sales, finance, procurement, operations, information security, executives, and other stakeholders to improve contract efficiency, controls, and visibility.

Manage product lifecycle activities from ideation through launch, including requirements, specifications, backlog prioritization, user stories, roadmaps, and release planning. Conduct market and customer research, analyze product data, gather feedback, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, leadership, and customers while coordinating sprint and quarterly initiatives to ensure timely delivery and measurable results.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack SaaS applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data storage, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate within a Scrum team on architecture, development, testing, deployment, technical reviews, and continuous improvement. Apply .NET technologies, SQL databases, cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD practices while contributing to product lifecycle delivery and knowledge sharing.
