Enhance, optimize, validate, and automate MinIO’s cloud-native distributed storage platform. Develop maintainable software, improve features, resolve critical issues, benchmark performance, debug complex storage environments, and contribute to open-source repositories. Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to validate deployments, solve technical problems, refine APIs and integrations, and ensure high performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Manage and expand MinIO’s U.S. channel partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding partners, developing relationships, driving partner-attached pipeline and ARR, enabling partner sales teams, coordinating co-selling and go-to-market initiatives, analyzing performance KPIs, and maintaining accurate forecasts. The role collaborates closely with sales, customer-facing teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and grow partner business.
