The Key Accounts Director will lead customer relationships, drive sales growth, implement strategies, and mentor team members while collaborating on marketing efforts.

Oversee and execute payroll and benefits across Canadian, US and international operations. Process semi-monthly payroll in Dayforce, reconcile payroll and vacation, manage enrollments, prepare year-end reporting (T4/W2), ensure regulatory compliance, respond to payroll/benefits inquiries, liaise with governmental agencies, and act as Dayforce subject matter expert while supporting audits and reporting.

Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and operations for Vancouver operations: manage supplier relationships, ensure supply continuity, optimize inventory and master data, drive ERP-based decision-making, partner cross-functionally, lead continuous improvement, manage budgets/forecasts, and coach a procurement team to meet service, cost, and quality objectives.
