Develop and maintain Python software, tooling, and automation for unmanned systems deployed in operational environments. Manage networked software updates, secure and diagnose Linux systems and connectivity, troubleshoot field issues under pressure, and support operators directly. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and feed operational findings back to core engineering teams to improve product reliability.

Coordinate recruitment from vacancy opening through signed offer, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer paperwork, approval tracking, ATS maintenance, surveys, and process improvements. Support onboarding, HR systems, and London office operations. Develops end-to-end robotic platform capabilities, integrating sensors, cameras, communications hardware, and software for perception, navigation, and communications. The role includes SLAM and localisation in GPS-constrained environments, hands-on UAV flight testing, field validation, direct user collaboration, and contributions to autonomy and sensing roadmaps.

Designs and owns electronic hardware from schematic through prototype, testing, debugging, validation, manufacturing, and operational deployment. Responsibilities include analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout reviews, power systems, BOM and documentation ownership, supplier and production support, and cross-functional collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers. The role also establishes engineering processes, standards, and review procedures while mentoring a growing team.

Designs mechanical components and assemblies for unmanned defence systems from concept through production release. Responsibilities include CAD modelling, engineering drawings, tolerancing, materials selection, DFM/DFA, engineering analysis, prototyping, testing, design reviews, configuration control, and collaboration with manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams.

Owns manufacturing tooling, processes, documentation, and production systems for unmanned systems. Designs jigs and fixtures, improves throughput using lean principles, supports DFM/DFA and new product introduction, resolves production issues through root cause analysis, and develops manufacturing standards. Requires manufacturing engineering experience, 3D CAD tooling design, precision assembly knowledge, GD&T proficiency, hands-on mechanical or electromechanical troubleshooting, and a relevant engineering degree.

Build infrastructure and pipelines for machine learning models deployed across unmanned vehicle fleets. Responsibilities include dataset curation, secure operational data collection, annotation, synthetic data generation, training, evaluation, inference optimization, and edge deployment. The role requires Python, MLOps, backend development, large-dataset handling, and the ability to work across the full ML systems stack.

Develop, test, deploy, and own full-stack software features for frontline unmanned-systems operators. Work across backend Python, frontend, embedded systems, networking, machine learning, and DevOps. Translate customer feedback into reliable production updates, conduct field testing, and improve operational performance while expanding into unfamiliar technical areas as needed.

Develop and maintain C++ simulation software for UAVs and connected systems. Build scenario configuration, automated simulation runs, physical and sensor models, integrations, regression tests, and CI/CD workflows. Improve performance, reliability, and usability while validating models against flight data. Collaborate with aircraft, control-system, and operations engineers, and participate in field flight testing, mission rehearsal, networked simulation, and synthetic sensor development.
