Teams at Mineral Wells Nursing & Rehabilitation

Leads nursing care during assigned shifts by directing nurse aides, administering medications and treatments, implementing care plans, transcribing physician orders, documenting resident care, completing assessments, participating in shift reports, educating support staff, maintaining safety and infection-control standards, and coordinating replacement staff during shortages. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, communication, organization, emergency response, and attention to detail.
