Own retention, onboarding, win-back, and outside sales agency performance for high-ticket online learning programs. Lead complex retention conversations, improve onboarding, manage refund and churn data, run structured experiments, verify agency sales, and report recommendations to leadership. The role requires cross-functional root-cause analysis, customer support judgment, sales enablement, vendor management, and daily use of AI and CRM tools.

Oversee global HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and renewals. Maintain HRIS data, reporting, documentation, and compliance while improving workflows through AI and automation. Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal; manage external providers; conduct audits; support HR technology initiatives; and deliver people-centric employee support.

Lead development and execution of an AI-first SEO strategy (GEO), optimize content and technical SEO for AI-driven search, track organic growth metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor SEO/analytics specialists, and test emerging platforms to increase visibility, citability, and brand authority.
