Leads financial planning and analysis by developing budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses. Partners with senior leaders and business units on strategic planning, market trends, investments, and resource allocation. Supports financial reporting and provides actionable insights to influence business decisions. The role requires advanced Excel, financial modeling, financial analysis, AI tool proficiency, and at least five years of FP&A experience.

Supports students from onboarding through graduation by providing high-touch assistance, moderating live virtual sessions, answering program questions, monitoring learner progress, and removing blockers. Manages cohort logistics, resources, feedback collection, and Voice of the Customer reporting. The role also identifies workflow improvements, coordinates with technical teams, and helps optimize support systems and customer-facing processes.

Provides high-touch support to students throughout premium educational programs, including onboarding, live-session moderation, Q&A, progress monitoring, blocker removal, and community engagement. Manages cohort logistics, learning resources, customer feedback, and Voice of the Customer reporting. Identifies process improvements, supports platform optimization, and collaborates with internal teams to improve student retention and program delivery.
