Drive AI adoption, automation, and data-driven operations; manage high-severity incidents; build dashboards and feedback loops; partner with Product and Engineering to resolve root causes; recruit, train, and upskill technical support talent while ensuring operational excellence and customer trust.

Manage end-to-end India payroll and statutory compliance, support US payroll and PEO/EOR processes, maintain HRIS data in HiBob/GreytHR, handle employee grievances and advisory, optimize HR processes and ticketing workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to support people initiatives and audit readiness.
