Manage and grow the coworking community through networking, events, and engaging activities. Provide exceptional member service, serve as the primary contact for member issues, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams. The role requires strong communication, creativity, multitasking, customer service and sales experience, fluency in English and Hebrew, and familiarity with the local startup ecosystem.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for SMB and enterprise customers, including lead generation, prospecting, tours, proposals, negotiations, closing, onboarding, retention, and upselling. Manage customer accounts, revenue targets, pipelines, broker relationships, and commercial opportunities. Collaborate with Community, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations teams while independently prioritizing activities and delivering strong customer solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the front desk at a new Mindspace location, welcoming members, guests, and visitors while delivering a polished, professional experience. Handle reception, administrative tasks, deliveries, supplies, onboarding, member requests, events, and coordination with Community, Operations, Facilities, maintenance teams, and vendors. Help establish front-desk routines and service standards during the site launch while maintaining an organized reception and common-area environment.
