Supervise on-site hospitality operations at Nekinan in Smoky Lake, serving as primary guest liaison, managing bookings, events, staffing, maintenance, inventory, contractors, and health/safety compliance while providing on-call coverage and leadership to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Provide operational leadership for Education, Training and Research by translating strategy into operational plans, overseeing budgets, systems, IT liaison, shared services coordination, policy implementation, and staff leadership to ensure efficient program delivery, compliance, and continual improvement.
