Lead and grow the engineering organization to improve delivery predictability, quality, and cross-functional alignment. Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development, improve planning and execution, coach engineers and future leaders, and strengthen collaboration with Product, ML, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.

As a Senior Machine Learner, you will develop advanced image analysis systems and machine learning models for drug development and clinical routine. Responsibilities include building models using PyTorch, managing large datasets, leading AI projects, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance cancer treatment via AI solutions.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain backend services that serve AI models and automate image processing and annotation pipelines. Integrate scanners, viewers, and LIS, optimize performance and reliability, mentor juniors, and define AI-assisted development workflows and best practices.
