Provides front-desk and administrative support in an outpatient mental health clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, triaging calls, collecting payments, maintaining demographic and insurance records, supporting clinicians, handling paperwork, addressing patient concerns, and protecting confidential health information. The role is full-time, onsite, and requires strong customer service, organization, communication, and de-escalation skills.

Provides outpatient psychiatric care through medication management and therapy in a hybrid in-person and telemedicine setting. Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats adults and/or children and adolescents with diverse mental health conditions. Uses EHR and technology platforms while collaborating with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists. Requires an unrestricted state license, PMHNP-BC certification or CAQ certification for PAs, and an active DEA registration.
