Provides front-desk and administrative support for patients and clinicians in an outpatient mental health office. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing calls and messages, collecting payments, verifying insurance and demographic information, maintaining records, assisting with forms and communications, handling escalations, and protecting patient confidentiality. The role is full-time, onsite, and requires strong customer service, organization, communication, empathy, and experience with healthcare systems.

Provides outpatient psychiatric care for primarily adult and college-aged patients through medication management and therapy. Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats a broad range of mental health conditions in person and via telemedicine. Uses EHR and technology platforms, collaborates with psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists, and supports patients in a flexible Monday–Friday practice model.
