Lead the architecture and development of high-performance, secure, scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js. Establish testing strategies with unit, integration, end-to-end, TDD, and shift-left practices. Optimize Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and user experience while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural direction within Agile Scrum or Kanban teams.

Provides interim senior technical and delivery leadership across Contact Centre Transformation and Personalisation. The role oversees complex partner-led engineering delivery, resolves technical blockers, supports two Engineering Managers, aligns technical decisions with business objectives, manages dependencies and stakeholders, and prepares a handover to the permanent engineering leader. The position is hybrid, with three onsite days weekly in Paddington, and has no line-management responsibility.

Deploys, supports, and develops Microsoft Viva and SharePoint solutions for large enterprises. Responsibilities include configuring Viva Connections, Viva Amplify, SharePoint Communication Sites, and SharePoint News; building custom Viva Connections cards with Quick Views, Card Views, and Adaptive Card Extensions; developing SPFx solutions; gathering stakeholder requirements; and troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
