Own the design and reliability of reusable AI accelerators, agent harnesses, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, evaluation pipelines, telemetry, and observability. Build production-grade agentic systems capable of planning, coding, testing, validating, and improving outputs. Develop LLM applications using prompting, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores, and Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. Deploy scalable full-stack applications with cloud, DevOps, backend, and frontend capabilities.

Build and operate production batch and streaming data pipelines from databases, event streams, and APIs. Own lake, lakehouse, and warehouse architecture, optimizing performance and cost. Implement orchestration, testing, observability, alerting, recovery, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, data contracts, governance, access controls, lineage, and documentation. Collaborate with leadership, clients, and data-producing teams while mentoring others and communicating technical decisions clearly.

The Java Technical Lead/Staff Engineer will lead engineering teams, mentor developers, oversee solutions design, and ensure effective delivery of software projects using Java and associated technologies.
