Manage strategic retention conversations for high-value SaaS accounts at risk of cancellation. Own customer re-engagement from discovery through resolution, collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, CX, and Implementation, and recommend solutions that reinforce product value. Track interactions and outcomes in Salesforce, identify trends, meet retention goals, and navigate complex customer discussions with strong communication, problem-solving, forecasting, and technical understanding.

Provide first-line technical support to English- and Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot basic product issues, educate users on features, document interactions, follow knowledge-management processes, and escalate complex cases. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, empathy, software-learning ability, and completion of a Level 1 Technical Support Certification. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. UK time.

Lead strategy and execution for a unified CRM by integrating messaging automation, AI chatbots, and sales pipeline tools. Direct a product squad from discovery through launch, improve client acquisition and retention, collaborate with go-to-market teams on packaging and pricing, and integrate the CRM across the broader platform ecosystem. The role requires strong growth marketing expertise, hands-on product leadership, and experience scaling products from zero to one.
