Own strategy, roadmap, and governance for external APIs used by partners and enterprise customers. Define API design standards, auth, versioning, rate limiting, SLAs, and developer experience (docs, sandbox, webhooks). Partner with Partnerships, Sales, and engineering to drive integrations, go-to-market, and measure ecosystem success via adoption and reliability metrics.

Manage SMB customer accounts to drive adoption and optimization of Mindbody products. Monitor customer health, provide proactive support and education, handle challenging conversations, identify upsell opportunities, and produce reporting and insights to reduce churn and increase satisfaction.

Build and maintain high-traffic full-stack web experiences using React and Next.js, design and integrate APIs, ensure observability and testing, debug production issues, lead architecture and AI experimentation, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, reliable booking and purchasing systems.
