Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and AI/ML-enabled software using Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop production-ready ML solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to Defence and National Security challenges.

Lead commercial expansion into the UK Air domain, owning sales, pipeline, bids, contracts and account growth. Build senior customer and partner relationships, translate AI/ML capability into operational outcomes, and ensure solutions are deliverable and strategically aligned while working with multidisciplinary teams in secure defence contexts.
