As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will deploy AI/ML systems, translate client needs into solutions, and engage with users to provide support and improvements.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications and AI/ML-enabled software for defence and national security customers. Responsibilities include technical ownership from design through deployment, distributed-system architecture, CI/CD and software quality, Agile collaboration, client engagement, mentoring, and deployment in cloud, on-premise, and field environments.

Lead commercial growth across defence, government, and regulated sectors by developing sales strategy, managing enterprise and public-sector sales cycles, building strategic relationships, maintaining pipeline and forecasting discipline, and translating AI capabilities into business value. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, identifying sovereign AI opportunities, and building and leading the sales team.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and AI/ML-enabled software using Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies. Collaborate with engineers, scientists, designers, and clients to deliver product features, manage technical delivery, make architectural decisions, and uphold testing, documentation, CI/CD, and deployment standards. The role involves Agile development, production ML deployment, client-site travel, and eligibility for UK Security Vetting at SC level.

Serve as the technical AI/ML lead in customer engagements: translate customer needs into robust solution designs, build stakeholder relationships, contribute to proposals and product roadmaps, prototype approaches, and ensure delivered ML systems are operationally valuable.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop production-ready ML solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to Defence and National Security challenges.

Lead commercial expansion into the UK Air domain, owning sales, pipeline, bids, contracts and account growth. Build senior customer and partner relationships, translate AI/ML capability into operational outcomes, and ensure solutions are deliverable and strategically aligned while working with multidisciplinary teams in secure defence contexts.
