Teams at Mimica

Build Mimica’s product marketing function and own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, market research, customer narratives, sales enablement, and marketing collateral. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Content, Demand Generation, and other teams to translate technically complex AI and enterprise software capabilities into compelling stories for varied industries, personas, use cases, and customer segments.

Own enterprise customer deployments of agentic AI and hybrid automation solutions from discovery through production. Build AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and GPT; integrate RPA, document AI, Python services, and enterprise systems; deploy workloads on Google Cloud; and implement evaluations, guardrails, monitoring, and CI/CD. Mentor automation developers, lead customer workshops, measure ROI, and provide field insights to Product and Engineering.

Advise customers on achieving business outcomes with Mimica, resolve product issues, develop customer success plans, identify expansion opportunities, interpret process intelligence outputs, and deliver onboarding, training, and workshops. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Machine Learning, Product, and other teams while advocating for customer needs and influencing product strategy.
