The Cloud Partner Manager will drive revenue growth through hyperscaler marketplaces, manage business plans, and maintain strategic partnerships with cloud providers to enhance market presence and achieve sales targets.

Lead and develop a team of 4-6 Channel Account Managers across regions to drive partner-generated pipeline, revenue, and retention. Own quota attainment, territory and channel business plans, partner recruitment and activation, executive partner relationships, incentive design, cross-functional GTM, and regular performance reporting. Requires hiring, coaching, and performance management to scale partner-led growth.

Drive new enterprise business in ANZ by prospecting, building executive relationships, working with channel partners, executing sales plans, meeting KPIs/OTE, managing CRM and reporting, and collaborating across functions to exceed regional targets.
