Lead and manage HR functions for a mixed union/non-union workforce, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, organizational development, and union support.

Provide customer service and ticketing support for performances: answer calls, handle in-person transactions, process voicemails, print/package/mail tickets, handle cash and reconcile sales, maintain event knowledge, and assist box office staff.
