Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to increase awareness, enrollment, fundraising, and engagement. Create and edit content (written, photo, video), design branded collateral, manage digital campaigns and analytics, support events and community outreach, and maintain consistent brand messaging across channels.

Support lead teacher by delivering one-on-one and small-group reading and math instruction, managing classroom behavior, preparing materials, monitoring students during lunch and transitions, accompanying students to specialty classes, maintaining student records, and substituting for the teacher when needed.

Lead and mentor special education teachers and educational assistants on IEP development, compliance, instruction, and data-driven progress. Provide training, model lessons, consult in classrooms, review IEPs/progress, support accommodations, participate in data collaboratives, and meet regularly with the Special Education Director to monitor compliance and service delivery.
