Design, build, and maintain integrations across the Zoho ecosystem and third-party platforms. Implement event-driven workflows, REST API connections, data synchronization, Deluge functions, authentication, error handling, monitoring, retries, and alerting. Create test plans, perform UAT and reconciliation, and produce solution designs, data maps, runbooks, SOPs, and change logs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables, dependencies, risks, estimates, approvals, and production deployments.

Perform live evening music in a new Buckhead restaurant, as a solo pianist, piano vocalist, duo, trio, or percussionist. Responsibilities include curating suitable repertoire, setting up and breaking down equipment, engaging guests, collaborating with restaurant and sound staff, rehearsing, maintaining equipment, and arriving prepared and punctual for Tuesday–Friday evening performances.

Lead the design and implementation of business process automations using Zoho applications, WordPress, and third-party integrations. Evaluate systems, improve workflows, coordinate with departments, document processes, support team members, maintain reporting and analytics, and ensure reliable data flow across platforms. The role requires strong Zoho CRM expertise, technical documentation skills, project leadership, and communication with nontechnical stakeholders.
