Lead design and development of complex electrical systems and power converters, mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, support failure analysis, produce schematics/BOMs/test plans, and coordinate with global teams, suppliers, and customers.

Assemble electronic and mechanical components for COTS, military, and aerospace products per blueprints and assembly instructions. Ensure correct fit, perform quality checks, record discrepancies, comply with ESD/FOD and safety procedures, complete QC forms, and support cross-training and team activities.
