Prepare governance documents, lead board and shareholder meetings, maintain minute books and databases, manage US state registrations, support audits, M&A and shareholder lifecycle processes, build and audit entity management systems, liaise with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance and data-privacy record retention, and drive process standardization and improvement.

Lead and manage global entity governance, compliance, and recordkeeping across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare corporate governance documents, support board and shareholder processes, maintain minute books and entity databases, manage US state registrations, support formations/M&A, respond to audits and regulatory requests, liaise with stakeholders and external counsel, and improve governance processes and systems.

Perform clinical coding reviews, claims analytics, reimbursement analysis, and DRG/grouper mapping. Support clinical rule design for claims adjudication, conduct data quality assessments, and deliver consulting project workstreams, reports, and client deliverables for payers and providers.
