Manage fixed asset lifecycle and reporting: create and maintain assets in ERP, run depreciations, perform capitalizations/reclassifications, process disposals and CAR closures, reconcile fixed‑asset balance sheet, prepare journal entries for period ends, produce ad hoc reports, and maintain statements of work while supporting Global Services objectives.

Support store operations by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, assisting inventory and visual merchandising, and providing friendly client communication by phone and email. Learn product and design principles, assist with marketing materials and office supplies, and help maintain store presentation.

Coordinate movement and staging of cut fabric, components, and work orders from Cutting to Sewing. Ensure correct materials reach sewing operators on schedule, monitor WIP inventory, communicate shortages, maintain material identification and tracking, follow inventory and safety procedures, and support production flow and cross-training to meet quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
