Installs, configures, operates, and maintains network, server, storage, security, and communications infrastructure across two manufacturing sites. Ensures system stability, uptime, capacity, and security; troubleshoots complex issues; evaluates technology solutions; manages vendors and infrastructure projects; supports disaster recovery; and mentors junior team members.

Manages manufacturing methods and production data by translating product drawings into routings, maintaining BOMs, creating and updating Epicor part records, processing engineering changes, and auditing material master data. The role ensures accurate parent-child BOMs, routings, descriptions, dimensions, weights, and codes while supporting process improvements. It serves as a cross-functional liaison between Engineering and Operations and requires knowledge of blueprints, metal fabrication, manufacturing processes, and ERP-based production planning.

Processes PO and non-PO vendor invoices, verifies coding and approvals, enters invoices into the ERP system, matches invoices with purchasing and receiving records, resolves discrepancies, manages vendor statements, maintains documentation, supports audits and special projects, and assists with payable records filing and purging.

Programs and optimizes nested cutting layouts for plasma and torch tables, converts SolidWorks designs into SigmaNest programs, and supports production quoting, setup, inspection, and labor estimates. The role assists and trains machine operators, interprets blueprints and GD&T, supports fixture design and fabrication, maintains quality and productivity standards, and participates in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.

Supports business teams through employee relations, investigations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, talent development, organizational design, and cultural change. Advises managers and employees, administers HR programs, leads grievance and disciplinary processes, explains employment laws, manages HR projects, and owns selected HR processes including HRIS, onboarding, time and attendance, and incentive tracking.

Leads manufacturing engineering, methods, and programming teams while overseeing process development, production methods, tooling, equipment validation, BOM and BOO accuracy, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. Drives lean manufacturing, cost reduction, productivity, safety, and smooth product transitions into production. Establishes engineering plans, budgets, schedules, and metrics, and manages hiring, coaching, performance, and development across the engineering organization.

Leads the drafting team in converting product designs into shop drawings and customer submittal packages. Manages drafting processes, standards, compliance, quality, efficiency, hiring, training, and team development. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to improve workflows, standardize designs, and reduce quality issues. Communicates with internal and external customers and drives annual efficiency gains.

Manages assigned customer accounts and supports sales growth through quotations, order execution, customer communication, scorecard reconciliation, forecasting, and demand signal management. Coordinates with planning, scheduling, operations, supply chain, finance, and sales leadership to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, protect margins, and identify growth opportunities. The role is primarily internal with up to 10% travel in the U.S. and Canada.

Leads production planning, scheduling, capacity utilization, and order fulfillment for the Circular Products business unit. Manages Scheduling Supervisors and teams, establishes scheduling processes and performance expectations, oversees ERP planning parameters and PFEP, and drives continuous improvement. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations on capacity, inventory, productivity, delivery, and financial objectives. Conducts root cause analysis, develops training and standard work, and serves as the scheduling and ERP planning subject matter expert.

Maintains production and inventory data integrity through accurate ERP/MRP transaction processing, job order administration, inventory control, reporting, and documentation. Audits and reconciles discrepancies, supports cycle counts and corrective actions, processes rework and engineering-change transactions, assists shop floor personnel, and develops standard work instructions. The role collaborates closely with Operations, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Scheduling teams to support manufacturing operations.

Select tooling, adjust controls and offsets, verify parts against blueprints, perform tool changes and preventive maintenance, complete machine setups and teardowns, record production data, and safely handle materials using cranes, hoists, and forklifts. The role also involves resolving machining issues, maintaining quality and productivity, and working with engineers and production personnel.

Own and optimize CAD drafting tools, product documentation, engineering change processes, and design automation workflows. Lead continuous improvement projects involving DriveWorks, SolidWorks, PDM, and third-party vendors to increase productivity, standardize designs, and improve manufacturing handoffs. Develop process roadmaps, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, perform design analysis, and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and technical stakeholders.

Sets up, operates, and monitors CNC turning and milling centers as well as manual machining equipment. Selects tooling, adjusts controls and offsets, troubleshoots machine issues, performs tool changes and preventative maintenance, and verifies parts against blueprints. Uses cranes and forklifts to move materials, records production data, labels parts, follows production sequences and safety procedures, and collaborates with engineering and production teams. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working onsite during a Friday-through-Sunday weekend shift.

Creates and maintains bills of material, routings, part master data, and manufacturing methods in Epicor ERP. Translates engineering drawings into production-ready documentation, implements engineering change updates, audits data integrity, and supports change control. Collaborates with drafting, engineering, operations, quality, and planning teams to validate processes and resolve issues. Maintains methods standards, work instructions, and training materials while supporting continuous improvement. The role is onsite with occasional production-floor exposure and PPE requirements.

Directs engineering and product design strategy for transportation and infrastructure products. Leads product development, design standardization, calculations, customer and DOT engagement, and collaboration with manufacturing, drafting, supply chain, operations, sales, and customer experience teams. Builds and develops a high-performing engineering team, manages escalations, supports new-market entry, participates in industry committees, and ensures designs align with manufacturing standards and customer specifications.
