Partners with restaurant operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Advises on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, compensation, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Conducts confidential investigations, analyzes workforce trends, mitigates employment-law risks, and supports engagement and retention initiatives across assigned locations. The role requires up to 20% travel to restaurants and business activities.

The Accounting Manager oversees restaurant accounting, month-end close, general ledger review, reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable, cash management, collections, forecasting, and debt schedules. The role manages accounting and AP teams, strengthens internal controls, supports system integrations and automation, coordinates accounting for restaurant openings, and drives process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate, timely financial operations.

Maintains accounting records for assigned restaurants and corporate operations, including general ledger activities, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable audits, sales tax filings, fixed assets, cash audits, credit card receivables, rent calculations, and financial reporting. The role supports restaurant field management and accounting leadership while ensuring accurate records, compliance with company policies, and timely reporting.
