Develops and enforces industrial safety policies, conducts inspections and audits, leads employee training, investigates incidents, maintains safety records, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role requires hazard assessment, PPE enforcement, emergency response, and collaboration with site personnel. Work involves industrial equipment, confined spaces, elevated structures, variable weather, long shifts, overtime, weekends, emergency callouts, physical exertion, and travel between customer and company sites.

Manage daily field operations for hydroblasting, vacuum truck, welding and coating service lines. Supervise and train operators and technicians, ensure safety and quality compliance, coordinate projects and resources, maintain equipment, handle client communications, and keep accurate operational documentation. Work onsite in Port Lavaca with 12-hour shifts, physical tasks, and possible travel to customer and other Miller sites.

Measure, prepare, and apply rubber linings to industrial equipment; perform inspections, spark/non-destructive testing, repairs, and maintenance; follow ASTM/NACE standards and safety protocols; maintain records and communicate progress with supervisors and clients. Work includes confined spaces, heights, heavy lifting, and travel between sites.
