Supports the Site Manager on a residential construction development by coordinating direct and subcontract labour, monitoring daily site activities against the build programme, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, maintaining site security and traffic management, and providing management cover when required.

Manage the development sales function from pre-start through post-completion, serving as the primary contact for prospective and existing homebuyers. Responsibilities include securing home sales, guiding customers through the buying journey, managing expectations, maintaining high customer service standards, presenting the development effectively, and identifying and resolving issues affecting sales performance.

Supports the Site Manager with coordinating labour and subcontractors, monitoring construction activities against the build programme, enforcing health and safety requirements, maintaining site security and traffic management, and providing cover when the Site Manager is unavailable.
