Miller Homes Benefits Overview

Manage the sales function for a residential development from pre-start through post-completion. Serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing customers, guide them through the home-buying journey, secure home sales, manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain the development’s presentation to company standards and sales targets.

Deliver reward strategy through accurate reporting, analysis, and administration of salary, bonus, benefits, and gender pay gap programs. Produce and automate HR reports and dashboards, analyze reward data for trends and risks, maintain data integrity and governance, and provide insights to HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders.

Supports the Site Manager in coordinating construction activities at the Yatton development. Responsibilities include managing direct and subcontract labor, monitoring plot-by-plot progress against the build programme, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, maintaining site security and traffic management, and providing cover for the Site Manager when needed.
