Manages complex environmental remediation, construction, industrial cleaning, waste-site cleanup, and decontamination projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, cost estimates, work scopes, schedules, field supervision, safety training, documentation, client relations, business development, crew utilization, and employee mentoring. The role requires extensive field work, outdoor conditions, hazardous-material protection, physical activity, and potential extended travel.

Owns the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, retention, investigations, and separations. Advises leaders, oversees hiring processes and recruiting partners, develops scalable HR tools and programs, tracks workforce metrics, and ensures consistent documentation and employment practices. Partners with payroll and benefits leadership to support employee experience, compliance, and operational excellence.
