Support federal and state tax engagements by gathering data, preparing business and individual returns, completing workpapers, conducting tax research, preparing resolution notices, and assisting with field exams and special projects. The intern will work with various client industries in a collaborative public accounting environment from January through April 2028.

Audit interns participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements; test significant financial statement areas, prepare workpapers and audit reports, identify issues, learn client processes and industries, support client retention, and complete continuing education on accounting and auditing standards.

Provide hands-on HR consulting to client organizations: support HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, payroll/benefits/HRIS administration, policy implementation, and manage multiple client engagements while partnering with business leaders and internal teams.

Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory and financial due diligence for middle-market deals. Manage engagements, analyze EBITDA adjustments and financial trends, review workpapers, mentor staff, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for additional services.

Plan and supervise audit engagements, conduct and review fieldwork and workpapers, delegate and mentor staff, identify process efficiencies and business opportunities, assist with billing and special projects, and ensure high-quality financial statement preparation and client service.

Lead buy- and sell-side transaction advisory and financial due diligence for middle-market clients. Manage engagements, analyze EBITDA adjustments and financial trends, consult on valuation and deal structuring, review workpapers and reports, train staff, and identify opportunities to expand client services.

Lead and review tax engagements for partnerships, S and C corporations, and individuals. Mentor staff and seniors, deliver timely quality work within budgets, provide tax planning and consulting, manage engagement staffing and utilization, and build client and referral relationships.

Plan and manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory and financial due diligence for middle-market deals. Analyze EBITDA adjustments, historical and projected financials, and advise on valuation and deal structures. Review workpapers and reports, train staff, and identify opportunities to expand client services.

Lead and supervise audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, workpaper and financial statement review. Delegate to and mentor staff, identify client service opportunities, assist with billing and special projects, and work to improve firm efficiency and audit quality.
